As the sole engineer at Harness Pro Engineering, I have extensive experience working with military-grade wire harnesses, primarily in systems 25 and 100. My expertise allow me to identify potential vulnerabilities, mitigate risks, and optimise your designs to withstand extreme conditions, vibration, moisture, and other challenges specific to military applications, as well as being able to take on design work for harnesses in other industries.

Outside IR35 Benefits

By working with Harness Pro Engineering (HPE) in an Outside IR35 capacity, there are several benefits for your business.

Only pay when you need a contractor - Work agreed on a per hour basis or a fixed price per contract.
No need to pay for training, equipment, holidays, pensions, or sick pay.
Work carried out from HPE premises or from your place of work as required.
Flexible hours - Hours to be decided by HPE depending upon deadline, although core hours to be supported as per contract agreement.
HPE can work on several different projects and with multiple clients at any one time.
All rejected work is to be fixed at HPE's cost.

With 19 years of experience in the electronics industry, I am a seasoned professional specialising in harness design. From humble beginnings as a Wire and Cable Production Operator, I progressed at TE Connectivity through various roles and gained expertise in QC, Harness Building, and Harness Design Engineering. I later became a Harness Design Supervisor, leading teams and overseeing critical projects.

My career was shaped by a company that invested in my growth, sponsoring my HND in Electronic Engineering that I gained whilst studying part time at Wiltshire College.

I am passionate about creating innovative and optimised harnesses that enhance performance and reliability. With a keen eye for detail, I deliver exceptional results tailored to clients specific needs.
